The YouTube user, Micah Laplante, owner of the Leplanet Art channel, embarked on the project to develop a PC made of noodles. The idea came after his wife joked about it, and he saw that it could make it come true. The machine is based on the hardware of an old Asus Transformer convertible tablet, from which Micah removed from the chassis and created a new cabinet made entirely of lasagne and rigatoni.
"Never play with me about these things, because I can do it," Laplante wrote in the video caption. "And I do." This was his first attempt to build a computer on his channel. The video had so much repercussion that it was surprising that the channel had only 535 followers.
How was the creation of noodles computer made possible?
It all started after removing the essential components of an old Asus and thought of using it for something new. He began to work on building a new computer case with mass. In addition to the motherboard, batteries, buttons and doors, Laplante built the new housing with mass, looking like lasagne (that is like a stacked layer of pasta or noodles), but it's actually hot glue, electrical tape and paint.
The result was a fully functional computer. However, due to the age of the original tablet, it was behind on certain functions, such as streaming video on Hulu and running games on Steam and the Game Boy emulator, but otherwise the system worked normally.
Our suggestion is to see this devices in use at the world's leading pasta restaurants. It will definitely boost the sales in such restaurants because people will see it as tourist attractions. What do you have to say about this innovation?
