Hon. Sam Ikon has initiated an educational foundation and empowerment scheme aimed at providing financial assistance to undergraduates from the constituency.

Method of Application:
The planning committee of the Rt Hon Sam Ikon educational foundation and empowerment scheme for Etinan Federal Constituency is pleased to announce the 2016 empowerment program for students of Nigerian tertiary institutions. The tertiary institution can be the university, Polytechnic and college of education.
Qualified students of Etinan Federal Constituency comprising of Etinan, Nsit Ibom and Nsit Ubium local government areas are requested to pick up application forms from Akwa Ibom Consolidation Alliance (AKA) office, Nsikak Eduok Avenue opposite Ray Field International School, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. Forms are collected free of charge.
Deadline:
Completed application forms must be returned on or before Monday 30th May, 2016 at the Akwa Ibom Consolidation (AKA) office.
