Bloomberg Declares Mark Zuckerberg As The Third Richest Man On Earth

The founder of one of the most used social media platforms, Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg have reached the position of third richest man in the world, outstripping the magnitude of Warren Buffet's investments. He is said to amass an impressive assets which enables him to attain this position today.

According to Bloomberg, the overdrive happened on Friday, when Facebook shares, which make up the bulk of Zuckerberg's equity, saw a 2.4% appreciation, resuming a bullish uptrend with the Cambridge scandal Analytica. The company's shares are at the highest level in its history.

As a result, Mark Zuckerberg's fortune is estimated at $81.6 billion, which is about $343 million less than Warren Buffett's estimated equity.

The next "opponent" of Zuckerberg in the ranking of the world's richest will now be Bill Gates, who is one of the great idols of the founder of Facebook, with an estimated equity of $93.6 billion and occupied second place in the ranking. First comes Jeff Bezos, founder of Amazon, who appears far away from second place with more than $141 billion.

What is interesting to note, however, is that Zuckerberg is by far the youngest person among the top ranking in Bloomberg. At 34, he is the only person in his 30s to be on the list, which is impressive and shows he still has plenty of time to take the top.

What do you think concerning Mark Zuckerberg making it to the number one spot in the coming years?
